Supporting refugees to access the labour market, through individual consultancy based on digital profiling. The project is based on a two-stage approach to integrate Arabic speaking refugees into the labour market: digital and systematic registration of the competences of refugees through a questionnaire and interviews in Arabic. During the interview, the profile is directly translated into German and entered into a dedicated database. This database is made available to different offices through predefined online queries. In the second stage, the target groups receive personalised consultancy for vocational guidance. The strengths and weaknesses of a refugee will form the basis for deciding about an occupation. In the vocational guidance, the requirements and current developments in the labour market are taken into account. This way, the refugee can be placed in language courses or gain additional qualifications in an efficient and effective way, which will improve access to the labour market.
